Strong mesh suppliers ?

Am after some strong mesh for outdoor bunny run. Have looked at the stuff at well know DIY store and all they have is 13mm mesh, which I already have on my indoor shed hutch doors etc... so I KNOW its not megga strong.. as the bunny can break it when they decide they want to chew!:shock:

So looking for something for outside which is a lot lot stronger!

Hubby is going to make them a run for outdoor play when its nice weather, and I really want something chewproof/predator proof etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

One thing I was considering when pondering making a permanent run safe to leave unsupervised was making the external frame out of something really solid, like the panels from a metal puppy pen, and then lining it with a finer mesh to stop rats etc getting in (would line the base too to prevent rats digging in/buns digging out).
Someone on here built a large run using the PWS panels in a wooden frame, which was similar to my idea.

I was thinking of doing something like this too. Does anyone have any photos? I did start to look at something like dog pens but they were quite expensive.

We used sheets from B&Q of small wire mesh (you can also buy in a roll) on the bottom of T&H's shed door and for P&T's fence:

The stuff you want is called weld mesh and if you do a search on ebay it's sold there, it's a bit more expensive but well worth the extra money
 
Wilkinsons do rolls of proper cage mesh - about £3 for a roll I think - you'd need to fasten it with hammer-in type staples though rather than a staple gun :)
