can anyone advise as he weighs 2.6kg's and im a bit worried he's slightly overweight

I'd say a dwarf lop cross, cuz his face isn't 'squishy' enough to be a pedigree dwarf lop.

He could may well be purebred even if he's not "show quality"

Lop dwarves are very popular, so sometimes not very showable buns are used in breeding just to get "cute little baby bunnies":roll:

that pic was taken a long time ago, i have completley cut down his pellets now though

I'd say Chinchilla too, my pal used to have a couple just like him, what a cutie!
