Wet chin?

Been to the vet this morning with one of my buns for Myo vacc, she noticed he had a slightly wet chin and is going to check his teeth in two weeks when I go back for the VHD. I know he has a broken lower molar, could this be the cause or could it be something worse..??

a couple of my piggies get a wet chin due to the way they hold their head under the water bottle after having a sip - could it be that?

He has a bowl for water, he's not dribbly now so maybe it was for effect as Chloe said..
