Would it be safe to use these in my bunny enclosure as im fed up of the 'grass area' turning into a swamp

I too would like to know the answer to this as my mum has just added pebbles into a small area of her rabbit enclosure. I killed my last rabbit by giving him cat litter which he ate, it would be a major bummer to kill off another two rabbits accidentally.

Personally I wouldn't use anything small that they could possibly ingest
