One of my daughters has a Himilayan bunny, and his ears change colour with the seasons! They vary from a really light chocolatey brown to nearly black!

but also you have the himilayan colour!! He wasn't long and slender but short and round with a smudgey cobbly face. I thought he was kind of big, almost the size of a cat but was told french angoras are huge so he couldn't be that.
he was bonded to my cat, Matisse, so will dig up a picture of them together for size comparison:)

i thought himilayan was just the colouring?? :? i've seen pictures of short coated bunnies with the same colourings. i was looking on some american breeder sites and i concluded that minstrel could be a satin angora or possibly a cashmere of some sort??? her coat is so fine and soft, but it does actually smell a bit like wool - i think its a certain type of oil in it.

Think so but I don't think his ears lopped properly, used to always have one up and one down. He spends most of his time with both ears down now!
