Dog Crates? C&C Cages?

Hi there,

I've been reading on here about rabbits in their "crates," and I was wondering if you guys meant, like, dog crates? Would a dog crate be usable for a rabbit if you were to add some rabbit-friendly stuff to it? I think that I am just going to get a large cage when I'm ready to get one, but I thought it was worth asking...I was also once planning on making a C&C Cage, but I haven't really heard of them being used for rabbits-can they? Or are they not suitable? I know that they're good for guinea pigs, but I also know that guinea pigs and rabbits are really quite different. Thanks to everyone who reads and answers!

people on here use both dog crates and CC cages.
