A few of the customers we have done home visits for have got their rabbits water bottles secured on with a short black webbed like stretchy strap with a black hooked clip on each end of it and they are brilliant for getting the bottles on and off the hutches, so much easier than that white wire that comes with most standard bottles.
Typically I've forgoten to ask at the time what they are called and wondered if anyone on here can enlighten me or tell me where I might get some from. TIA

I think someone asked about these recently for piggies, maybe was not the same thing, sounds like it though.... mmmm maybe it was Elve?

You get them with the scratch and newton bottle snug, they are brilliant! Haven't seen them sold seperately so maybe they use it all year round, I do!
Might be worth seeing if they sell them seperately?

It was Kareen at Fife rabbit rescue, there was a picture and some links on the thread.

That's what I do, if you were thinking of Flora and Amber's and Jenny and Frankie's water bottles, Lynne! :D

The only thing I will say though is that they do get stretched over time: I've had to secure the bunnies bottle with wire too now as the strap that originally came with their bottle cover is too big to hold the bottle upright properly.

Just looking at these. Be easy to make your own using velcro. 2 strips of opposing velcro with hooks sewn in at each end. You could put the bottle in place and then adjust the velcro to fit. Saves the stretching problem too.

Thanks folks - been offline a few days so only just picked this up - yup Tracey I was thinking of buns and pigs ones you have, they are so much easier to get on and off with my Fibro than struggling with wire ones. Like the velcro idea too, will give that a go as I need at least 3 dozen to start with.

Mine has too but it must be 2yrs old or so now. I tied a knot in it, to tighten it :)
