but I can't put my finger on what it could be.
Yesterday he was quite aggressive. He's quiet this evening and keeps trying to hide from me and he feels a bit cold to the touch. Everytime i get him to check him over he runs off! He's not been bothered with his tea this evening either.
However he ate his breakfast, has been pooing and weeing ok today, and i've listened to his tummy and it's not making any loud noises.
Any ideas what could be up ?
Its hard to say without any definitive symptoms.
Has anything in his routine or environment changed recently?
It may be best to get him MOTd at the vets to be safe, they will be able to pick up on things you may be unable to identify, if there is anything wrong.

Could something possibly have scared him?

I can't think of anything that could have scared him :?
If he's still acting strange in the morning I can try and get a vets appointment, not sure what my chances will be on new years eve though :?
It should be open as normal, its not a public holiday.

Normally its booked up so i figured it would be worse at this time of year. i don't think they'd fit him in unless it was an emergancy. Although I guess with rabbits if there is something wrong it could be an emergancy by the morning :(
Well I hope its nothing serious and he gets bck to normal soon. :)

thanks, he's currently hiding under the boiler in the kitchen where I can't reach him refusing to come out, he often goes there but usually comes out if I call, very strange behaviour :?

I'd say it was an emergency if he's not eating. The longer you leave a bun like that hte harder it is to "fix". Hope you manage to get an appointement, or that Fudge is better today.
Evo is like that when he needs his teeth doing - cold and under the weather, wants to hide away, and aggressive - he growls at me when I go near him!

he seems to be ok today:D he's eating and following me around. When I came downstairs today there were lots of small looking poos on the floor but they seem to be normal again now. He does seem to suffer with tummy problems because he still doesn't eat much hay :(

the shedfiled main hospital is open 24hrs a day normally ..and i would ring them to book a slot with cowplain branch in the morniong just in case it a relapsable event.....usually due to tummy probs as you and i know all too well.
ive got to ring up for bif in the morning..hope i can get cowplain..it cost me £30 all round taxi fare:shock::shock: as opposed to a tener with cowplain:shock:
but you love me and tum probs are tricky. im dosing bif myself tonight till the morning..ive got fibreplex infacol and some metaclopramide syrup i was given by sue at srr.
have you tried him with the timmy hay second cut from bb? its the only hay that got bandit to eat the stuff..and bif adores it as much as she can which isnt enough these days so im suspecting maybe a dentals in the offing..oh joy!
bang goes the bonding sessions..:(
like you say...it flares up and goes down so fast.

well Fudge has gone in for a dental and x-ray today. He has a very lumpy jaw that needs investigating!
