I checked my rabbits teeth yesterday (as I do every month) and found that the bottom two were wonky (and a bit yellow compared to usual).

He has been having runny eyes for about 3 months now and has had 3 doses of drops and gel (see images). He has also had his ducts flushed twice (The first time was not successful as the ducts were too blocked so he got sent home for 2 weeks on drops and gel (twice a day an hour apart). The vet said that if the duct flushing didn't work then he would just be a rabbit with runny eyes for the rest of his life.

His teeth were definitely not like this when his eye's started to run but I have read on other threads that the teeth can make the eyes run.

Any advice (on both problems or together)

Poor Bramble. Teeth problems can be related to runny eyes, however not always. Has your vet checked his teeth thoroughly.

One of mine had runny eyes last year and had them flushed twice. The first lot of drops did not work, so then we tried Tiacil and he was fine. If you have not tried other drops, it might be worth asking your vet for a different one to try.

I do not know much about the front teeth so someone should be along shortly who may be able to help you.

I hope you get to sort out Brambles problems.

Are those definately his lower incisors? Its not clear from the picture, they could be his uppers as it looks like the lowers are over lapping the uppers in the first picture.

It *looks* like he has malocluded and splayed incisors and it would appear they are overgrown and need burring back.

Eye problems are known to be related to teeth problems but with the tooth roots. When these become elongated (they grow like the teeth themselves do) they can put pressure on the tear ducts and even obstruct them causing runny eyes/infection and in severe cases abcesses.

The only way to determine if this is the cause is a skull xray.

The fact that the ducts have been flushed twice to no avail suggests to me this would be your next step.

Duct flushing has the possibility of making matters worse if not carried out very carefully and personally I would be reluctant to have it done more than once on any of my rabbits without further diagnostics.

Hi, yes they are definately his lower teeth, the picture isn't too clear, I will try to get a better one. His top one's look fine and there doesnt seem to be any overlapping, although it is hard to tell. What is burring?
