Off to visit this lovely lady! - update


She was even more beautiful in the flesh! Rabbit and son bonded instantly, his face was a picture - all his birthdays and christmases at once ( he's really soppy for an 18yr old ). She was only in his arms a few minutes before she relaxed and started to take interest in everything around her!
Matilda or Tilly is now busy exploring her new home and toys in her new bunny palace in our lounge. Thanks to everyone who sent us their suggestions for indoor bunny housing, she's in a ferplast 100 with the door open to a play pen. She can take her time getting to know us.
I'd forgotten how lovely the smell of fresh hay is and the lovely chomp of teeth on cabbage leaf!

As soon as she's settled I'll post pics. She's getting used to being indoors and the hutch door being open. She investigates the open doorway then sits in the opposite corner. We leave treats - tasty veg bits near the door. Given time she'll discover the toys outside!
She's absolutely magic and the house feels alive again!
