After the spate (or what seems like it!) of bunny-theft lately; and after having my rabbits micro-chipped today (effortlessly and painlessly); I've made a little poster
While using locks on hutches etc is a deterrent (and a good one); if someone is going to steal something then locks wont last long. Micro-chipping is like using a UV marker to put your postcode & house number on stuff like they said in the late 90's - it should/will have your property returned to you; as it can prove your property is yours.
With micro-chipping there's a big database of all the chip numbers; you then register to a website where you can amend your details - but obviously you need your user-name and password; something slightly more difficult to steal from your garden.
Feel free to save, distribute and use as you see fit
