The dog was sunbathing in the garden and it landed on her. Then it landed on the ground just outside my back door and I just managed to get a pic! Looks a bit damaged when you look close up but its still gorgeous - especially on this sunny day :D
 
Awwww!! I love butterflies. They're my fave insect. We had a badminton net set up in the garden 3 years ago and something laid eggs all over it, n about 2or 3 weeks later, they hatched, and they were tiny tiny caterpillars!!

I have a tattoo of a turquoise butterfly above my ankle, and I've named her sheila!
