One ear lopped

bunbuns

Hi, my Meg is 2 years old and has always had uppy ears.

Over the last week one ear has lopped. Does this happen sometimes?

She seems perfectly fine and happy just seems strange for it to happen at 2yrs old.

She's a mixed breed.

She had her teeth checked about a month ago when she went for her myxi jab.

im not sure then. i have a helicopter lop which doesn't always lop both but shes always bin like that sowwy x

I have known this to happen to quite a lot of rabbit with no underlying cause ever being found.

Megans ear lopped so far it used to lay on top of the other one

Thanks everyone.

Have checked Megs ears and they seem fine, so hopefully its nothing serious.

Zakura dropped one ear this summer. She is turning 3 in November. Didn't think much about it as she is half lop dwarf. Usually both ears are up. Maybe it was the hot weather that made it fall?

Beau's ear does that, it goes all the way over so its over his lopped ear sometimes :D

In an adult I would get the ears checked with a scope. You won't see much from the surface.
