Having that same problem, but with a ramp. Luna has used it a few times, Silver goes halfway up, slides down and jumps off. She cant get the hang of it yet :S

Hoops can do the stairs with ease and regularly does. Ant on the other hand is a slow learner! He's getting there and is better going up but looks terrified when he has to come down! x
