Since vetbed....

Since we got vertbed about two weeks ago, Liquorice doesnt seem to want to sit/sleep in his 'bed compartment' of his hutch. He always slept in here and liked his privacy.

The vetbed is throughout his hutch and now he seems to prefer sitting in the front part of hutch. I dont think he likes it!!! I feel like im confining him to a smaller part of his hutch (even though its every where in his hutch??) just found today that he has wee'd in his bed part where he would sleep!!! he's never done that, and he wont use the litter tray in his hutch either?

Could this be the reason why he wont sleep there? Because he'd wee'd?

Have you tried removing half the vetbed from the hutch and see where he prefers to be?

Is Liquorice neutered? If not, could he be spray marking this new territory of his?

Was the vetbed new when you got it or secondhand from ebay?

They usually like to toilet in the bedroom eating hay, so put a big litter tray in there with hay in and he might use it more
