is it me or does this look like way to small for a rabbit ....

Outside the petshop down my road, there's a 2ft single storey hutch. It's really tiny. I wouldn't house a mouse in there. But it's probably like £15 so irresponsible parents will want to spend as little money as poss. Need some education about rabbits and other small animals.
