Best way to re-home a rabbit??

Someone at my work wants to get rid of their rabbit, as their daughter doesn't look after it properly anymore.:( i was wondering what the best thing to do to help the poor little bun. i cant keep another bun as already have two. feel really sorry for it as they dont want her anymore.

I would guess her best bet is probably to ring a local rescue centre. Alternately, do you know of any rabbit owning friends who may be looking for another?
