Do I put the ball in the food ball?

I was wondering if I'm supposed to put the jingle ball into this food ball?

i had one of those once.. i thought the ball went in the bottom part but personally i never used it cos i feed them at night when i go to bed and they are indoor rabbits so would be very noisy! Also they would probably start chasing their jingle ball so i gave it to my sister's kitten :lol:
