Giant bunnies

How much space would people reccommend for a giant pair of house buns.
my local rescue have a couple in and i am very tempted.

i would want them to be free range but they would have to be confined to 1 room for the majority of the day whilst i was at work.

I would think an average size bedroom would be fine but a bathroom (unless you have giant ones) probably a bit small
