How can this food be suitable for both?

Saw this food today in Tesco - 'Tesco Value Guinea Pig & Rabbit Food 2kg '
and thought, that it looked supercrap, then realised that it was designed for both guinea pigs and rabbits.... how?

Peas, Wheat, Wheatfeed, Oats, Oatfeed, Maize, Grass, Sunflower Ext, Field Beans, Vegetable Oil, Vitamins & Minerals, Carob Meal, Linseed.

Is it as **** as it looks?
 
I think it's basically guinea pig food, but they're selling it as suitable for rabbits because they want to make money - no way is that a good diet for rabbits :?
 
I dont buy Tesco Value food for myself let alone the animals so I wouldnt ttust it anyway...let alone the fact they're selling it for people who keep Rabbits & GPs together!
